Joe “Jersey Joe” Congemi is a retired fire chief, inspirational speaker, minister. He’s the creator of the Jersey Joe Congemi channel, a YouTube outreach channel connecting faith and testimony to everyday folks. Through events, church engagements, and recovery outreach, Joe speaks boldly to the broken and offers hope with fire and faith. Mentored by Phil Robertson until Phil’s passing, Joe continues the Great Commission legacy through Bible studies, baptisms, and boots-on-the-ground storytelling.
As former Deputy & Battalion fire chief in the fire service, Joe earned national accreditation in Fire Officer I & II and Incident Management, ascending to leadership at just twenty-eight years old. His frontline experience in crisis response forms the backbone of his compelling voice—one forged in high-stakes environments and sharpened by personal redemption.
Mentored by Phil Robertson, Joe embraced the Gospel and discovered his purpose: to inspire and uplift others.
